I'm somewhat of a watch collector. My father was also, so I guess that's how I got started. That is where I first met Steve Kivel and his father Larry. Even as a younger man Steve always knew much more about watches than I have ever known. Seriously, you kick some serious watch battery replacement butt. Just got my watches back and I am extremely happy. Excellent service all the way around -- including great communication re: where you were in the process of receiving, working on and returning my watches. You completed the job really quickly, too. I will never have anyone else replace watch batteries or straps except for Watch Battery Central.

I was so pleased with the service that I received. Laura kept me
informed as to when the watches were received and when they were finished
and shipped out. Not only are my 3 watches keeping perfect time, but all
three were cleaned up that they all look brand new, especially my Baume &
