Band Sizing & Link Removal

• Watch bracelet sizing is $12.50 with some exceptions for particularly complicated bands. You will be notified of all charges prior to service.

• To size a watch, fit a string around your wrist and mark where it is comfortable. Cut the string at the mark and send it in with your watch. Your bracelet will be adjusted to that exact size.

• Still not right? We will be happy to adjust it at no additional service fee. All shipping and handling charges will apply.

Pins

• Spring bar pins connect the strap to the case of the watch and the buckle to the strap.

• New pins are FREE for VIP Members.

• New pins are FREE with any strap purchase.

• New pins are $2.00 each when requested on your service form. Please indicate if you would like them changed at the 12:00, 6:00 or buckle position.

Rivets

• Rivets are the solid metal pieces that hold a band together.

• Replacement rivets are FREE for VIP members

• Hand made steel rivets are $9.95-$15.00.
